We are reminded daily that our freedoms can never be taken granted. Now, more than ever, it is important to support our Nation’s most catastrophically wounded Veterans and their Caregivers. Your generous assistance for our programs shows your support for the men and women who bravely served our Nation.

Our Giving Society is being formed to allow us to better recognize the individual donors who invest annually in the work of The Independence Fund. Joining the Giving Society will offer benefits that recognize your investment in our programs and provide you with special engagement opportunities that have not been open to the public ever before. Depending on your level of participation, you can expect to receive merchandise, invitations to special events, admittance to press conferences and asked first to help us welcome our program recipients at various programs throughout the year. Another benefit of joining the Giving Society is that you will gain access to a new “From the CEO” communication that will be sent to our key investors with updates and breaking news directly from our CEO.

The Giving Society benefit level is determined in January of each calendar year, based on the level of investment received in the prior year. Whether you make a single donation, a monthly donation or many donations through the year, your cumulative total will define the level of benefits you will receive. The first benefits of the program will be delivered starting in January 2021.

• Private: $25-$99 Annual Impact Report

• Specialist: $100-$999 Annual Impact Report & Message from Veteran

• Corporal: $1,000-$2,499 Annual Impact Report, Message from Veteran, and Invitation to special activities in your area

• Lieutenant: $2,500-$4,9999 Annual Impact Report, Message from Veteran, Invitation to special activities in your area, and Annual call with staff

• Captain: $5,000-$9,999 Annual Impact Report, Message from Veteran, Invitation to special activities in your area, Annual call with staff, and Invitation to Chat with Board

• Major: $10,000-$19,999 Annual Impact Report, Message from Veteran, Invitation to special activities in your area, Annual call with staff, and Invitation to Chat with Board or CEO, and Fund T-shirt

• Lieutenant Colonel: $20,000-$49,999 All incentives listed above plus recognition in the annual report

• Colonel: $50,000-$99,999 All incentives listed above plus recognition in the annual report and Inclusion on website

• General: $100,00+ All incentives listed above plus recognition in the annual report, Inclusion on website, and Special call from the CEO

*One time gift in a calendar year equals the level of benefits defined above.
