A Voice for Veterans

Too often, the battles faced by our nation’s Veterans don’t end upon their return home. Veterans’ requests for support from the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, as well as Congress are often misunderstood or unheard, with the result that the challenges Veterans face are not addressed by the institutions intended to support them. Our work as Veteran advocates amplifies Veterans’ voices where their needs are greatest to help them receive necessary support from our Government and its programs.

How We Provide Military Veteran Advocacy

Our advocacy team serves Veterans by working directly with federal and state officials to provide expert knowledge on the unique issues and needs faced within the Veteran community. This helps influence policy decisions impacting Veterans and connects Veterans directly with their state and federal representatives.

Our Goals as a Veteran Service Organization:

  • Communicating with state and federal congressional representatives to monitor legislation impacting Veterans, Caregivers, and their families.
  • Participating in Congressional hearings for legislative decisions that impact the Veteran community.
  • Formulating proposals for the Department of Veterans Affairs to streamline access to their programs and better support our nation’s heroes.
